سنشاهد اليوم رؤية أخرى مشابهة للطفرة الكبيرة في التعامل مع العالم الرقمي من خلال جهاز الأي باد والذي أعطى رؤية جديدة لكيفية تصفح الإنترنت بوضع الجميع في راحة يديك، وهذه الطفرة لا تقل إثارة لجهاز لابتوب يتكون من شاشتين، إنه جهاز توشيبا libretto W100 الذي يتكون من شاشتين بقياس 7 إنش تعملان باللمس المتعدد، حيث يمكن لإحداهما أن تتحول للوحة مفاتيح افتراضية ليمكن استخدامه كجهاز لابتوب عادي، كما أعلنت شركة Toshiba بالأمس عن هذا الجهاز كجزء من احتفالها بمرور 25 عاماً على إنتاج أجهزة اللابتوب في شركة توشيبا، ويتميز هذاالجهاز بصغر وزنه وحجمه حيث يبلغ وزنه حوالي 800 جرام بينما يبلغ حجمه وهو مغلق 12سم × 20 سم، الجدير بالذكر أن هذا الجهاز يتميز على الرغم من صغر حجمه بنظام تشغيل ويندوز 7 والذي يعطيك خيارات كبيرة لما يمكن أن تفعله بهذا الجهاز الصغير، ويعمل بمعالج إنتل U5400 بسرعة 1.2 جيجاهرتز و 2 جيجا رام، بينما تبلغ ذاكرته 64 جيجابايت، وتتميز هذه الشاشتين بجودة 1024×600، كما ييحتوي كذلك على كاميرا ويب بجودة 1 ميجابكسل وقارئ microSD ، وتقول الشركة أن بطاريته تعمل 5 ساعات. فضلاً عن المميزات المعتادة مثل دعم البلوتوث والـ ـWi-Fi ومنفذ USB، المصدر.

أعلنت شركة Dell اليوم عن حاسوب الإنترنت 11.6 إنش Dell Inspiron M101z والذي يملك بداخله معالج AMD Athlon Neo K125 بنواة واحده أو K325 بنواتين والأفضل هو معالج Atom لمثل هذا المقاس، وأضافة الشركة أن البطارية تدوم إلى 6.7 ساعات على الرغم من أن البطارية 6 خلايا ويملك أيضا هذا الحاسوب معالج الرسوميات ATI RS880M متصل  وذاكرة عشوائية 2 جيجابايت وقرص صلب 250 جيجابايت، بالنسبه للسعر فهو يتراوح مابين 400 إلى 450 دولار أمريكي للنواة الواحده.

في الحقيقه ! أنا لا اسمي هذا Toshiba AC100 بحاسوب الأنترنت بل أحب أن اسميه بسمارت بوك، فقد تمكن الموقع Hi-tech.mail.ru من تجربة الجهاز وهنالك أخبار جيّده وأخبار سيئه فالموقع ذكر أن الجهاز 1.9 باوند خفيف وأقل سماكة  بشكل خرافي ولاتوجد مشاكل أبد على لوحة المفاتيح أو حتى على منطقة الفاره، أما بالنسبة للخبر السيء،  فالحاسوب يملك بداخله Tegra 250 بسرعة 1 جيجاهرتز  وهو سريع جدا (ليس هذا يا أخواني) ولكنه كبقية أجهزة السمارت بوك الأخرى المزوده بنظام الأندرويد (الجهاز يملك الأصدار 2.1) لايدعم متجر الأندرويد وحتى أن وجد فأنه لن تكون مناسبه لعمل السمارت بوك، كما وصف الموقع الروسي المتصفح بالمتصفح الميت وذالك بسبب على ما أعتقد خلوه من دعم للفلاش  والأمر السيء من هذا كله أن الموقع لم يبدي أعجابه بقوة البطارية هنا فتشغيل فيديو لمدة أربع ساعات ونصف يقضي على البطارية نعم الحاسوب يملك القدره على قراءة ملفات فيديو 1080p لكن البطارية للأسف؟؟

Toshiba AC100 review may explain why we haven't seen many (or any!) smartbooks : To be honest, when Toshiba's 10.1-inch AC100 smartbook was revealed last month it looked like one nice clamshell, but we're not really all that surprised that Hi-tech.mail.ru found it to be rather lacking after putting it through the paces.
